GLO Banana Swirl Protein Bars Recipe (glutenfree, dairyfree, sugarfree, easy)

Crust:

1 cup Sunwarrior Chocolate Warrior Blend Protein Powder (or chemical-free, plantbased protein powder of your choice)
sprinkle ginger powder
sprinkle nutmeg
sprinkle sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw honey

Mash well with JUST a fork and bowl! Will mix easily into a dough.  Place in  a rectangular baking dish or plastic container covered in saran wrap. Spread & flatten dough evenly to form a crust.

Icing:

2 frozen bananas
1 tsp real vanilla
pinch sea salt
2-3 tbsp maple syrup or yacon syrup
1/2 tsp maca powder

Blend till smooth and deliciously creamy. Place on top of crust.

For top chocolate design:

Melt a raw, organic, sugar-free chocolate bar on very low heat or double boiler. When in liquid form add liquid sweetener of your choice. Take a spoonful and make your own designs on top. Lick the spoon and pot when done 🙂

Place in freezer for at least 4-8 hours for a fully solid pie ( however I only did it for 3 hours…the icing was still a little soft BUT very good nonetheless!)
