My pre-workout breakfast this morning. Also delicious as a dessert or snack. Fast, easy, delicious, nutrient dense, ENERGIZING, & FAT-BURNING. (Gracious Living recipes are always raw, vegan, plant-based, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, & wheat-free.)
Gracious Living Maca Chia Pudding
1 cup chia gel
1-2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 tsp maca powder (maca is rich in amino acids, phytonutrients, and important vitamins and minerals).
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tbsp mesquite powder
1/2 tsp raw coconut oil
Directions: Blend in food processor. Pour into bowl or glass.
Layer with fresh fruit of choice ( I used blueberries & strawberries). Top with shredded coconut.
This is light & easy to digest, yet very satisfying, & will keep you feeling full for a few hours.
