**Oranges boast high amounts of Vitamin C to keep your immune system strong.
**Both Sunwarrior Warrior Blend plantbased protein powder AND goji berries are rich in anti-oxidants, boost immunity, and are great energy sources.
**Green Tea is full of antioxidants to help boost your immune system. Use green tea as the liquid (let it cool before adding to the blender).
**Arugula gives it a spicy chlorophyll kick to oxygenate and energize the the body.

Gracious Living Citrus Smoothie-Sweat Equity Magazine Feb 20141 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
2 oranges, peel removed
1 banana
handful goji berries
A handful arugula
A few drops of real vanilla
3-4 cups cold green tea (or water)
A handful of ice if desired

Add all ingredients to the blender.  Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
