1 serving Sunwarrior WarriorBlend Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup chopped pear
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
sprinkle cardamom powder
1-2 cup unsweetened hemp milk
1 cup ice

Variation: Add 1 cup spinach or collard greens for an extra alkalizing boost.
