Lyndsay Reddick discovered her passion for nutrition and balanced lifestyle after witnessing the journey of close friends and family through chronic disease. Through their trials and tribulations, she discovered that prevention is the best cure to any ailment. This revelation called Lyndsay to follow her inner voice, and to study Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. With a focus on preventative healthcare, hands on cooking and mental wellbeing, she aims to empower and change people’s perspectives on what it means to be truly healthy; mind, body and spirit.
Lyndsay uses the mantra “Always Smile” courtesy of a close friend and huge inspiration to follow her heart to maintain a positive outlook, and passion for life!

Megan Mieta is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who specializes in plant-based cooking. She is passionate about teaching others how to heal their relationship with food by putting an end to the diet mentality. Through struggling with her own food journey she was inspired to drop all “rules” and stick to eating whole foods that fuel the body and prevent from disease.

Nid Seymour became a yoga teacher to deepen her spiritual self and in turn share with others more depth in her teaching. Nid believes movement reflects our mind and spiritual states in a continual loop, so her mantra is “there is no end to any movement”.
ONTOLOGICAL LIFE COACH & FITNESS TRAINER:
Vanessa Plimley’s number one goal in life is to live with passion and joy. This overflows in all her work as a Professional Life Coach, Personal Trainer and ACMG Hiking Guide. Her reason for doing all she does is in support and celebration of the human journey. Her time is split between Northern Nicaragua and the Canadian Rockies, where you can find her facilitating groups in powerful conversations and self study, offering one on one Life Coaching sessions as well as Personal Training.

Monique Claudio: I am blessed every day to empower myself and others to live a life full of joy, open energy, unbelievable wellness, and living beautifully through movement, mindset, and letting go of what doesn’t serve us while finding what makes us come alive. I am traveling the world, near and far in pursuit of the universal truths, learning from myself and others as I share what I find so everyone can live their best lives, everyday.
I came from a very cerebral place, often overly focused on things having nothing to do with the body and found myself using traditional exercise as my therapy when as a young girl I couldn’t reconcile the chatter in my mind, the heaviness in my heart, and the sense of challenge the world held for me. It was my escape, my therapy, my only real relationship to my body. My path to a more holistic and mindful sense not only of myself, but of the world, has led me down a sometimes seemingly circuitous path, but I know I am right where I belong as I inspire others to be their best self. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves and connect on a deeper level with the world around us, no matter where we are, but the beauty of nature and spending time in like minded communities amplifies this ability.
Through the healing power of yoga, therapeutic bodywork, martial arts conditioning, aerial and acrobatic arts, primitive natural movement and parkour styles, I have engaged in so many communities focused on play, movement, and working with the world around us. These explorations and time spent sharing community have healed me and continue to provide intangible benefits. I am so full of joy everyday. Adding to this the stillness of meditation, therapeutic bodywork, and focusing on mindful eating, we can all be just a little more free and light. I bring a unique, accessible way to connect with your body even if for a minute, but the real joy comes when someone lights up and realizes they already have everything they need within them. We are own best teachers, when we know how to engage with ourselves in a compassionate, loving, patient way, we can be amazing. I help people find their most amazing self, from within.
I have a background in mental health, and I have seen what depression, anxiety and other diseases of the mind can do to destroy one’s health. It has been my life’s purpose to explore alternative options from the traditional western medical model of care. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor I have helped people explore their perceived limits and in turn showed my clients and students the strength and endurance they never knew they had. In my off time I explored martial arts, yoga, and any other style of class I could find. As I found the balance yoga afforded me, helping to decrease the soreness and stiffness weight lifting and endurance training left me with I became more curious and eventually explored more. If I have one addiction, it would be to learning and understanding as many styles and philosophies on the body and how to apply them. As a certified Exercise Physiologist, I attend conferences almost every year to find out what the clinical science is finding. In 2012 I became a 200 Registered Yoga teacher, and recently became an E-RYT which affords me the ability to educate other teachers about the wonderful things I have been discovering through my exploration and tenacious thirst to connect and feel.
The MELT method has helped me get so many people out of pain, into their bodies, and discovering wellness thought to have been unavailable to them. It recreates hands on techniques, and in my fascination with helping others to get out of pain, stay out of pain, prevent pain, and engage in whatever challenge they’d like to, between 2013 and now I have and continue to learn how this method is changing lives. As an advanced instructor I have helped my students and clients discover their body’s magic in ways they thought were impossible.
