1-2 tbsp coconut manna butter (not to be confused with coconut oil)
1 whole small peeled lemon
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
1 tsp fresh vanilla
1 tsp fresh grated lemon zest
2-3 cups water
handful of ice
