Often overlooked in the fruit section, papaya, is a tropical fruit ranked as one of the most nutritious fruits in the world. This beautiful fruit boasts high amounts of vitamin C, potassium, beta carotene, lycopene, and anti-aging enzymes.
Gracious Living Papaya Creme Smoothie
*2 cups cubed papaya
*1 ripe banana
*1 tbsp tahini
*1 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla plant-based protein powder
* 1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 cups water
A handful of ice
Blend till smooth. Enjoy this creamy, high protein, enzyme rich smoothie.
Tahini is a thick paste made from ground up sesame seeds making this smoothie creamy and rich without adding dairy. It offers high amounts of B vitamins, calcium, and protein and is easy to digest.
