HO HO HO! Vegan Egg Nog YO!
Just got to Toronto, Canada to find the Gracious Living Delicious Raw, Vegan Egg Nog Smoothie Recipe
in the Holiday Edition of Sweat Equity Magazine! (page 46)
You will LOVEEEEE this healthy, dairy-free version!

2-3 cups unsweetened almond milk (make it yourself!)
1 serving Sunwarrior Vanilla PlantBased Protein Powder
1 frozen banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
Sprinkle black pepper
1 tsp fresh ginger
Handful of ice
Blend till super smooth.
Serve with sprinkles of cinnamon on top, and a cinnamon stick on the side.
Always a crowd pleaser and so good for you!
*If you’re protein powder isn’t sweetened, add 3-5 (pitted) dates to naturally sweeten.
*Optional: 1 tbsp maca powder for increased energy
*Optional: 1 tbsp chia gel to balance electrolyte levels
*Daring optional: 1 stalk of bok choy. Yes, bok choy!
