A favourite cleansing, delicious, and filling recipe at the Gracious Living Yoga Surf Detox Retreats in Nicaragua last week. (Jillian, this one’s for you!)

Cook brown rice and use this as a gluten-free option instead of oatmeal. Also, delicious with quinoa.

Sweet Creamy Ginger Sauce 

2 tbsp tahini
1 chuck of ginger
3-4 soaked prunes, dates, or apricots (add more if not sweet enough)
sprinkle bee pollen 
Add everything but bee pollen. Blend till smooth.
Pour over cooked brown rice.
