Gracious Living Tomato Coconut Gazpacho
4 tomatoes, cubed
1 cup fresh or frozen coconut meat
(or 1-2 tbsp coconut manna butter) 2 tbsp flax meal powder
Handful fresh cilantro
Fresh garlic to taste
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 cups water
BLEND till creamy. Chill. Enjoy. MMMMMMMM.
