GLOPRO Oatmeal Protein Bars (no bake, vegan & non-vegan options, gluten-free)

Delicious, easy, vegan, oat protein bites with Nicaragua's GLOPRO Superfood Blend: https://www.gracevanberkum.com/glopro



1/2 cup GLOPRO Superfood Blend Powder (or protein powder of choice) 1 cup natural peanut butter (or nut or seed butter of choice) 1/3 cup melted cacao butter (or raw coconut oil or organic butter)

1/2 cup raw honey (or maple syrup) 1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/3 cup chia seeds

2 cups unprocessed, gluten-free oats (I have also done this with cooked rice, cooked quinoa, buckwheat groats, and quinoa flakes.) 1/2 tsp sea salt Heat nut butter, cacao butter, honey in sauce pan until fully melted. Stir until smooth. Stir in other ingredients. Pour mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper, or muffin cups. Freeze. Cut into pieces. A delicious, plantbased protein snack.
