GLO Creamy Curry Cauliflower Salad Dressing

*Cauliflower is great for liver detox and balancing estrogen levels in the body. **Turmeric and cumin have excellent anti-inflammatory benefits. GLO Creamy Curry Cauliflower Salad Dressing
1/2 an avocado 1/2 cup extra-virgin, cold pressed olive oil 1/2 water to desired consistency 1 cup raw cauliflower, cut into small chunks 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin Himilayan sea salt to taste
Blend in blender till creamy and smooth. Serve over salad, veggies, or gluten-free grains. Store in a a mason jar, old olive or jam jar in fridge.
Shake it up before using.
Will keep in fridge all week.
