A vegan creamy smoothie that is energizing and satisfying. The combo of lemon, basil, and coconut is unique and deliciously divine.
1 serving Sunwarrior WarriorBlend Vanilla Protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 peeled lemon, cut into chunks
5-6 basil leaves
1-2 tbsp coconut manna butter (or 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat)
2-3 cups of water
Handful of ice. Blend till super creamy.
Top with unsweetened shredded coconut.
Variations:
*Use fresh mint instead of basil. *Use frozen papaya instead of banana. *Add bee pollen for an extra protein boost. *Add 1 tbsp chia gel for added fibre and protein. *Add 1 packet of medicinal mushrooms from Four Sigma Foods for a natural energy boost that is great for organ health.
