GLO Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie (Raw, Vegan, Delicious)

1-2 tbsp coconut manna butter (not to be confused with coconut oil) 1 whole small peeled lemon 1 frozen banana 1 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder 1 tsp fresh vanilla 1 tsp fresh grated lemon zest 2-3 cups water handful of ice

*optional:  1tsp chia gel for brain health *optional:  1 tsp Maca power (helps to balance hormones & reduce stress. *optional:  for extra creaminess use unsweetened coconut milk.

Blend till divinely creamy. Enjoy this guilt-free, raw, vegan, high protein liquid lemon cheesecake.
