Tropical Brown Rice Pudding with Sweet Creamy Ginger Sauce (+ superfood BEE POLLEN info)

A favourite cleansing, delicious, and filling recipe at the Gracious Living Yoga Surf Detox Retreats in Nicaragua last week. (Jillian, this one’s for you!)

Cook brown rice and use this as a gluten-free option instead of oatmeal. Also, delicious with quinoa.

Sweet Creamy Ginger Sauce 

2 tbsp tahini

1 chuck of ginger

3-4 soaked prunes, dates, or apricots (add more if not sweet enough) sprinkle bee pollen 

Add everything but bee pollen. Blend till smooth. Pour over cooked brown rice. Top with mango slices, shredded coconut, walnuts and bee pollen.What is SUPERFOOD bee pollen? Check it out HERE.
