Some of my most popular Gracious Living salad dressing recipes from the 10 Day Detoxification & Juice Fast Retreat at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas.
Coconut Lemon Dill Dressing:
-2 tbsp coconut manna (or tahini)
-Handful dill
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup avocado oil
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-Celtic sea salt to taste
-Garlic to taste
Blend till smooth & creamy.
Cucumber Cilantro Ginger Dressing:
-1 peeled cucumber
-2 tbsp tahini
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-Handful cilantro (or parsely)
-Chunk of ginger
-Juice of 1 fresh lemon
-Celtic sea salt to taste
-1/2 cup 100% extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
-1 cup water
Blend till smooth & creamy.
Creamy Tomato Miso Dressing:
-2 tomatos
-1 cup of walnuts
-Handful parsley
-1 tbsp miso
-juice of 1 fresh lemon
-1/2 cup 100% extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
-1 cup water
-1 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp turmeric
Blend till smooth & creamy.
