4 Ingredient GLO Sesame Crackers

(keto, paleo, vegan, gluten-free, easy, delicious, nutritious) LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! I am sure you have all noticed how expensive gluten-free, clean crackers are these days......and in places like Nicaragua where I am from, they don't even exist! So of course I needed to figure out how to make them myself using local ingredients and of course with my amazing new GLO sesame protein flour.....these are crispy, flavourful, and high protein! Use them for hummus, dips, or munchies. Are you ready?? It's so easy, lol. Let's do it:

4 Ingredients: (5 if you include fresh herb): 1 cup GLO Sesame Protein Flour (can be interchanged for almond or coconut flour) 2 tbsps ground flax seed (or GLOPRO Protein Powder) 1/2 tsp pure salt 1/3 cup clean water *Optional (but we love herbs): 1 tbsp herb of choice ( we have loved fresh rosemary or fresh oregano) Directions: *Preheat oven to 175 degrees F. *Add all ingredients and mix until you make a dough. (if the dough is a bit too dry, add just a few more drops of water until you get a dough-like consistency). *Place dough on parchment paper. Add another piece of parchment paper on top of dough. *Use an empty bottle to roll out dough very thin, around 1/8th of an inch) *take paper off and cut into shapes of choice ( we love squares at the GLO Flex Cafe but that is up to you!) *Place parchment paper with crackers on them on a tray and sprinkle with a tad more pure salt *Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. THAT'S IT!! Let cool, and then store in a container. Keeps about 7 days for a crispy fresh taste in container on counter.
