1 ¼ cup medjool dates
1/2 cup GLOPRO superfood protein powder (or clean, chocolate protein powder of your choice)
1/2 cup roughly chopped raw walnuts
2 Tbsp tahini (or sub other nut or seed butter of choice)
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 tsp real vanilla extract
Process in food processor until evenly mixed in and looks like cookie dough. Roll into balls or square BPA-free silicone molds. Place a raw cacao bean or 1 walnut in the middle of square. Store in freezer. EASY! DELICIOUS! NUTRITIOUS!
