(raw, plantbased, gluten-free, refined sugar-free)

Simple version: RAW CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS 2 cups vegan chocolate protein powder (I love Sunwarrior or GLOPRO) 4 tbsp raw coconut oil 6-8 tbsp natural liquid sweetener of choice (suggestions: maple syrup, coconut nectar, yacon syrup, raw honey) Mash with a fork into a dough-like consistency. This takes about 2 minutes. You can also process in a food processor which takes about 20 seconds. If the consistency is too dry and crumbly, add a little bit more liquid sweetener until a dough-like consistency is achieved. If the consistency is too runny, add another tbsp of chocolate protein powder. Roll into small balls (not too big). Then roll on exterior topping of your choice: shredded, unsweetened coconut, chopped pumpkin seeds, chia seeds/basil seeds, sesame seeds, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, chopped hazelnuts. Whatever you wish! Superfood version: -Same recipe but add in 1/2 tsp of maca powder -Same recipe but add in sprinkle of cinnamon, or nutmeg, or cardamom (or all of them!) -Same recipe but add in adaptogenic medicinal mushrooms (chaga, reishi, cordyceps, etc) Nutty Version: -Same recipe but use 3 tbsp of almond, coconut, or all-natural peanut butter instead of coconut oil -Add a pinch of sea salt
