GLO Creamy Avo Lime Soup (chilled or warm)


Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 3/4 cucumber

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1/2 - 1 fresh lime juice

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or fresh herb of choice)

  • 1 tbsp fresh onion

  • 1/2 tsp himilayan sea salt

  • optional: fresh garlic clove

  • 1 cup water (if wanting warm soup use hot water)

  • Blend till creamy & smooth.

  • Top with sprouts, sunflower seeds, or paprika...or all 3!
