1 cup fresh spinach, kale, or swiss chard
1 frozen banana
1 cup fruit of choice (orange, mango, pineapple, berries)
1 stick celery
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Fresh ginger to taste
Plantbased protein powder of choice ( I love Sunwarrior or Ergogenics)
Handful of ice
3 cups clean water
Blend till smooth.
