GLO Raw Applesauce Recipe


Takes 5 minutes to make this yummy, energizing sauce!

So much tastier than cooked applesauce, easier to make, takes less time, and filled with more healing nutrients & refreshing, enzymatic goodness than cooked versions. Lots of prana and life-force here! Acid foods lead to a stressful lifestyle; alkaline foods are full of pranic energy that fight stress. Great way to start the day or to have as a light snack.


2 organic red apples, cored, cut into 4 pieces

Fresh ginger to taste (I like it spicy!)

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Juice of 1 fresh lemon

1 cup of filtered water

Optional: Pure maple syrup for sweetness

Blend in strong blender till smooth. Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon on top before serving.  

I like to keep the skin on the apples for extra fibre and it adds cute little red specks to the applesauce.

Tastes great when chilled. It’s really that EASY!!
