GLO Red Bean Coconut Protein Bites (vegan, gluten-free)

Delicious, anti-inflammatory, vegan decadent, protein bites with Nicaragua's GLOPRO Superfood Plant Protein Blend:

In a food processor (not a blender): 1 cup red beans (black beans or chick peas works, too) 4 tbsp GLO PRO powder (or protein powder of choice) 2 tbsp flax powder or oat powder or almond powder 2 tbsp raw coconut oil 3/4 cup dates

pinch sea salt Process into cookie dough consistency. Put into muffin silicone molds. Leave enough room for icing. Coconut Icing: (Blend in blender till super creamy. Don't over blend or it will separate.) 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice) 1/3 cup cashew or almond butter 1/2 tsp real vanilla pinch sea salt Pour over each protein bite in the muffin tins. Freeze till solid. SO GOOD! Who knew you could hide beans in desserts?! It makes them creamy and increases the protein.
