GLO Rice Pudding Bites (quasi-raw, vegan, gluten-free)

GLO RICE PUDDING CUPS:

Put in 1 big bowl:

2 cups cooked rice

1/3 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup cacao nibs Blend yummy sauce: 1 cup nut butter of choice (ie. natural peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter)

1 cup raw coconut oil

1 cup coconut nectar or maple syrup

1 tbsp fresh ginger

1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp chaga medicinal mushroom

1 tsp turmeric powder (fresh is great, too!) Blend sauce ingredients in blender till super creamy. Pour into rice mixture (bowl #1) till saturated evenly. Freeze in muffin tins. Ready when solid (3-4 hours). After rice is cooked, this recipe will take you less than 15 minutes from start to finish! SO YUMMY!
