GLO Superfood Coffee


GLO Superfood Coffee Recipe If you have been to GLO SelfCare Center, you know how amazing these coffees taste, plus they are designed for peak performance (if prepared and drank correctly.) For every cup of high quality, mycotoxin-free, organic cup of coffee: (my faves are Four Sigmatic, Twin Engine, BulletProof, Salt Spring Island)

GLO Recipe:

Blend 1tsp organic coconut oil, coconut cream (sugar-free), organic butter, ghee, or 1⁄2 tsp cacao butter for every 1 cup coffee


Add 1/3 tsp cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, cayenne, or ginger powder. Optional: add a in a low glycemic sweetener like liquid stevia or monkfruit. Not everyone likes their coffee sweet, so this is up to your preference. Optional: add other superfoods like collagen, collagen peptides, calcium powder, medicinal mushrooms. Blend in blender till creamy & frothy. Enjoy away from food for peak performance. Only drink in mornings away from food. Remember, even a superfood coffee is dehydrating so remember to replenish with 2 cups of water before or after. Chronic dehydration leads to major imbalances of the body.
