A green smoothie to help cleanse your cells and boost your immunity. 1 cup filtered water or unsweetened nut milk of choice 1 cup ice
1/2 cup of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 pear 1/2 lemon juiced cilantro (optional) ginger (optional)
1/2 stalk celery (optional)
Optional: 1 scoop of vegan protein powder or 3 tbsp of hemp seeds
Blend greens, then add fruit and squeeze in the lemon at the end for a final spin.
