Gracious Living Peaches & Cream Smoothie:


1/2 ripe avocado (adds a creaminess without milk, and high in good fats and fibre to help stabilize blood sugar) 1  banana (potassium rich sweetness) 1 fresh peach (boasts anti-oxidant creaminess) 1 serving Sunwarrior Natural plant-based protein powder (complete amino acid profile to help energize the body) 1 small piece of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory benefits) 1/3 tsp cardamom powder (enhances digestion) 1/3 tsp cinnamon (magnesium booster) 2-3 cups of clean water  (depending on how thick you want it) 1 handful of ice


Blend away! This smoothie is packed full of nutrients that accelerate muscle recovery and enhance digestion so that you have optimal energy levels.


Optional:  

*1/2-1 tsp maca root powder for energy & stamina *1 tsp chia gel (chia seeds that have been soaked in water for 15 min to form a gel) for energy, stamina, and added protein
