Here is the schedule/menu of what we are doing if you want to follow along.
You will need:
1) Blender
2) Juicer as well is great, but if not blender & strainer is fine.
3) Food items (see below, create your own shopping list with the variety of recipes I have provided)

Let's do this!
Day 1 (Raw Food Day):
-Morning: Intermittent Fasting
-wake up: drink large fresh squeezed lemon or lime warm water with 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper.
-drink a glass of water every hour.
-drink ginger tea (boil pieces of fresh ginger, let cool, and drink) or 1 cup keto coffee is allowed: https://www.gracevanberkum.com/post/glo-superfood-coffee
Lunch: (around 12 pm): Raw Pasta Bolognese:

DO NOT DRINK LIQUIDS WITH YOUR MEAL AND WAIT MINIMUM 1 HOUR AFTER YOUR MEAL.
Dinner: Large Rainbow Salad (minimum 6 different colourful, raw veggies) with raw almonds or walnuts, or sesame or pumpkin seeds on top.

Before bed: Magnesium drink
Raw Liquids (5-30 days) ~ Liquid Cleanse:
-wake up: drink large fresh squeezed lemon or lime warm water
-drink a glass of water every hour.
-drink ginger tea (boil pieces of fresh ginger, let cool, and drink) or 1 cup keto coffee is allowed
12 noon: GLO Anti-Inflammatory Green Juice: (juice in juicer.....if you don't have a juicer blend with 3 cups of water, and then STRAIN):
1-2 cucumbers
1 lemon without skin
1 chunk ginger
1 apple, or 1 cup pineapple
**optional add-ins for variations on other days:
add 2 stalks celery or use lime instead of lemon.
Drink slowly. Drink a cup of water every hour.
3 hours later: drink protein drink (see recommendation) blended with water only. Drink slowly.
3 hours later: GLO Raw Gazpacho:
