This is a very easy, fresh, anti-inflammatory, drink you can make to store in your fridge all week (lasts about 5-7 days). It is a great way to start your morning on an empty stomach, cleansing, detoxifying, alkalinizing, AND immune boosting! This EASY RECIPE will take you less than 10 minutes to make. Check it out (and I have offered lots of variations!) All you need is a blender or juicer. Today I used my blender. GLO Easy Immunity Shots: PART #1: 1 large piece of ginger (I used a piece that was as big as my hand as I wanted to make it very strong) **Watch more about GINGER here: https://www.gracevanberkum.com/post/gracious-living-ginger-power 3 cups of water Blend till smooth. PART #2:
Use a strainer to strain ginger water in a jar to get out all the pulp.
Squeeze juice of 2 limes or lemons into jar.
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder (or use fresh turmeric) .
Add 1/2-1 tsp cayenne powder.
Add 4 tbsp of organic, UNPROCESSED, apple cider vinegar. (You can always increase this dose, however I always recommend starting slow with apple cider vinegar as it can be very strong for people if you have a weak digestion). If you get any burning sensations from this dose, then cut it down. If it still continues, then stop taking it. (and then message me!) Shake bottle and store in fridge. Lasts for about 1 week. I drink half a cup as a shot every morning. It can be very spicy for some people, so adapt the recipe to your liking. This is excellent for cleansing, healing, and improving health, reducing inflammation, boosting immunity, & improving digestion! Drink this first thing in the am on an empty stomach, before your morning coffee. Wait 15 minutes before you have any caffeine or food.

VARIATIONS:
After blending ginger water, add 1 mango to blender and re-blend. Then strain into jar and proceed with rest of recipe.
Blend with fresh jalapeno instead of cayenne. Then strain into jar and proceed with rest of recipe.
Blend with generous handful of fresh cilantro (stems and all). Then strain into jar and proceed with rest of recipe.
Use juice of fresh orange or grapefruit, instead.
Add 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic and blend with ginger. Then strain into jar and proceed with rest of recipe.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon.
Add a few drops of liquid stevia or lakanto if you want it a little sweeter. (Read: Grace's Top Natural Sweeteners HERE.)
After you make concoction, add 3 drops of culinary-safe oil of oregano
