GLO Raw Trail-Mix ApplePear Sauce


Gracious Living Raw Trail-Mix ApplePear Sauce Ingredients:

2 apples (I have made this sauce with red apples and green apples. Both are great.) 2 soft pears 1 cup water (you can also use soaked raisin water…see below) 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds 2 tbsp chia gel 1-2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 chunk ginger (you decide how much you like) 1/3 cup shredded, organic, unsweetened (sulphite-free) coconut

Directions:

Core apples. Cut apples in 4’s. Core pears. Cut in half.

Blend with 1 whole lemon, (no skin), chunk of ginger, and 2 tbsp chia gel, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg.

Transfer this amazing, raw sauce to bowl. Next add raw almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins.

Top with shredded, organic, unsweetened (sulphite-free) coconut. Will keep in fridge for 2-3 days. Wowzers! This is good. Really good. A great way to start your day filled with energy.
