1 organic red, delicious apple, cut into chunks 1 frozen banana 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg handful of pecans 2-3 cups unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop of Sunwarrior vanilla plant-based protein powder 1 tsp chia seeds
*optional: tiny sprinkle of bee pollen (considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods that can aid performance)
