What You Need: -A silver dollar sized amount of a good grade Organic Honey (Manuka, if you can get your hands on this stuff!)

-3 inches of Aloe Vera leaf (or a silver dollar sized amount of Organic Aloe Vera Gel if you don’t have an Aloe Vera plant kickin’ around)

-Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil (I totally recommend Nutiva Brand, so does Grace, she sold me on it!)

What to do? Rub the honey all over your face.  Honey has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and acts as one of Nature’s great humectants, so it’s wonderful for treating acne-prone skin and dry skin alike!   Next, if using a leaf from an Aloe Vera Plant, run a knife down the sides/edges of the plant to remove the sharp little barbs, then cut the leaf down the center making two halves.

Now rub your leaf halves all over your face.  If using Organic Aloe Vera Gel, rub this all over your face.  Rub it all around, give your face some love and then let it be!  Most of us know very well how great Aloe Vera is for our skin, but we think after-sun/sunburn treatment mostly.  It goes WAY BEYOND that!   Let me tell you:  Aloe Vera is Momma Nature’s very best emollient & helps with all of our dry skin issues.  When rubbed into the face, it provides a “face-lift” in under 30 minutes as the skin magically seems to be pulled tighter and firmer yet always remaining soft & supple!  I LOVE THIS STUFF!   And then it get’s even better!  It’s jam packed with MSM (methyl-sulfonyl-methane, a naturally occurring sulfur in plants) which carries massive anti-inflammatory power as well as salicylic acid, which any one with acne issues knows is a very common active ingredient in acne treatments.

Alright, so you’ve got your face all gooed up now go about your business for 15-20 minutes.   Next, what I do is, step into the shower (I keep my jar of Nutiva Coconut Oil in the shower as I use it as a “Pre-Poo” on my hair, facial cleanser and body oil) grab a small handful of Coconut Oil and rub it all in.   MY GOODNESS does this SMELL good!

Now wash it off et VOILA….Gorgeous Gracious Living Worthy Glowing Skin!

Love thyself, Ladies and love the skin you’re in!
