Cook brown rice and use this as a gluten-free option instead of oatmeal. Also, delicious with quinoa.
Sweet Creamy Ginger Sauce
2 tbsp tahini
1 chuck of ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle nutmeg and cloves
1 tsp chia gel
3-4 soaked prunes, dates, or apricots (add more if not sweet enough) sprinkle bee pollen
Add everything but bee pollen. Blend till smooth. Pour over cooked brown rice. Top with mango slices, shredded coconut, walnuts and bee pollen.What is SUPERFOOD bee pollen? Check it out HERE.
