1 serving of one of my newest top picks Ergogenics chocolate protein powder (or plant-based protein powder of your choice) Handful raw cacao beans or powder  (magnesium boost) 1-2 frozen bananas (frozen bananas make your smoothie creamier) Handful fresh mint (enhances digestion) Sprinkle of bee pollen  (energizing) 1 tsp chia gel (electrolyte balancing) Natural sweetener of choice 3-4 cups unsweetened hazlenut milk (or nut milk of your choice) Handful of ice

Variation: Instead of nut milk, use 1/2 avocado with water as the liquid. Deliciously creamy texture with extra potassium & fibre.
